For sanitary and hygienic reasons, change of Mind – we do not offer refunds on purchases.

All sales are final. 



You can not cancel or exchange your order once the order has been processed .

For minor colour, design & size variations in the products from the photographs shared on the website would not be eligible for a refund.

Sizes mentioned are only approximate and not precise.

JJDesigns is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Please note the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.However , If for any reason there is any damage to the box or the seal is open , please contact us with unboxing video of damage within the first 5 days of the receiving order to

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
